Which Delivery Experience Flow Should I Use?
Implement your organization's preferred delivery experience method.
About delivery experience
Shipium's application programming interfaces (APIs) enable your organization to provide better information to your customers on your product pages. It also helps you understand the times inherent in each step of your fulfillment process once a customer places an order.
In simple terms, there are two different ways for your organization to implement the delivery experience:
- Delivery estimate implementation
- Order-based implementation
Delivery estimate implementation is most widely used.
You'll find more information for each implementation method in this guide.
Delivery estimate implementation vs. order-based implementation
The following table includes more information about each of the two Shipium delivery experience implementation methods.
