About Shipium reporting in Domo
One of Shipium’s key features is critical reporting that helps you better understand your business, customers, and operations. Shipium’s business intelligence (BI) tool, Domo, visualizes data from the Shipium platform, providing a clear view of key metrics to help you track trends and make data-driven decisions. In the Domo reporting environment, you’ll have access to flexible dashboards that allow filtering by time period and detailed drill-downs.
Shipium currently supports the following dashboard reporting:
- Delivery Speed. These dashboards display delivery speed performance, measuring the average number of days between when a package is shipped and when it is delivered.
- Label Failovers. These dashboards focus on label failover activity, presenting the total volume of labels that encountered a failover status.
- Label Generation. These dashboards display the average cost per package based on the carrier's rate per API call, when available, when a shipping label is retrieved. The cost shown reflects the raw price directly from the carrier without any manual adjustments.
- On-Time Performance. These dashboards display on-time performance (OTP), measuring a shipment's delivery date against the desired delivery date (DDD) you provided for the shipment. They highlight the percentage of shipments delivered on or before the expected date.
- Rate Shop Selections. These dashboards show the average cost per package based on your organization's configured rates. The cost shown reflects any manual adjustments you have configured to influence Carrier Selection.
- Selected vs. Evaluated. These dashboards provide multiple visualizations to compare selected shipping rates against evaluated alternatives, with categorizations by carrier and service method.
- Shipment Cost Breakdown. These dashboards provide a detailed breakdown of rate shop selections, including base rates and categorized surcharges.
For more granular shipment-level reporting, you can refer to our Shipium Console Reporting Applications documentation.

Best practices for using Domo
Navigate dashboards
Each dashboard is composed of individual cards. You’ll use the filters at the top of the screen, with date filters available in the top-right corner. When filters are applied, all cards in the dashboard will automatically refresh. Some date filters may exceed the dataset's time frame, which is documented within the dashboard.
Export data
To export the full dashboard, you’ll click the Share button in the top-right corner and choose PDF or PowerPoint (PPT). To export individual cards, you will hover over the wrench icon on a card, select Send/Export, and choose PPT, PDF, Excel, or CSV.
Large datasets may be truncated during export. To avoid this, you can apply filters to narrow the data before exporting.
Collaborate
To share a dashboard, you’ll click the Person + icon in the top-left corner and notify team members via email if desired.
