Manage account user and permissions for the Shipium Console.

About team management

You can manage your organization's Shipium account users and permissions via the Team Management feature in the Shipium Console.

Manage users

By navigating to Manage Users, you can add new users or remove or modify existing users. To add a new user, you'll need to provide their email address, first and last name, and role.

My account

Selecting My Account from the Team Management menu provides details about your account settings. You can find information about account setup in Your Shipium Account.

User password settings

You can configure account password settings using the User Password Settings feature.

  • Enable Account Lockout. If enabled, your users will be locked out after a specified number of login failures.
  • Disallow Repeat Passwords. If enabled, your users will not be able to reuse passwords.
  • Expire User Passwords. If enabled, users in your organization will have to change their password after a certain period of time.
