What is Shipium Orca AI Analytics?

Shipium Orca AI Analytics is a set of tools that enables your organization to understand what's happening with various parts of your business using several different data visualization and search tools:

Purpose-driven metrics dashboards
Pre-built dashboards are organized around specific topics such as Carrier & Label reporting, Shipment Cost, or Delivery Speed. Each dashboard offers multiple metrics with relevant filters, giving you focused views into different aspects of your shipping performance.
Orca AI Chat
This conversational interface lets you ask questions about your supply chain data in plain language. You can create custom graphs, get answers to numerical questions, and run analyses on your data — all by simply asking. Orca AI is focused on answering questions about your supply chain data in the Shipium ecosystem. As with any generative AI, you should verify that Orca interpreted your question as intended.
Personal Metrics
As you discover metrics that matter to you, whether from dashboards, modified views, or charts created through Orca AI Chat, you can save them to a private board that only you can see. From there, you can organize or remove them as needed.
Shared Metrics
Named dashboard pages you can open up to other people. You pin metrics to a shared page the same way you pin them to Personal Metrics, then choose who can see the page and who can change it, whether that is specific people or everyone in your organization.
