A: Any current (or future) customer of a Shipium product that has Shipium Orca AI Analytics available can utilize the system. For instance, if you are a current Shipium Carrier Selection customer, you could access Shipium Orca AI Analytics for Carrier Selection by discussing with your Shipium Customer Success representative.

A: If you are an existing customer, please contact your Shipium Customer Success representative. If you are not a customer, please email [email protected] to schedule a demo.

Privacy and AI

Q: I'm concerned about some AI services like ChatGPT having external access to my data. Isn't it risky for me to use AI on my data at Shipium?
A: Shipium's system does not use external AI with any of your data. AI is only used for translating your intent, but access to your supply chain data only happens within Shipium's privacy protected, SOC-2 certified environment.
